Terms and conditions of your booking.
Your booking with us will be subject to Les Rocquettes Hotel Ltd’s terms and conditions which are explained here. If you have any questions, please contact reservations at stay@lesrocquettesguernsey.com.
1. Packages and Pricing
Single rooms are only sold on a sole occupancy basis, but both Classic and Superior Rooms can be booked on either a sole or double occupancy basis which will vary. Our rates are seasonal and therefore do change according to the time of year. Packages with added value are also available and these are also subject to different pricing according to occupancy.
A credit card is required to secure your booking which will be charged on arrival, or on non-arrival if 48 hours cancellation is not given.
Children
Les Rocquettes Hotel has both Classic and Superior rooms which can take extra beds, or bunk beds but these need to be requested directly with the hotel either by email, or telephone.
Charges are as follows for children sharing a room with 2 adults:

Free
3 – 12
£30.00 per day
No reductions for children occupying their own room.
Special offer in July and August – one child stays free when sharing with 2 adults in a superior room.
Children are permitted to use the swimming pool but must be supervised by an adult and always must observe safety restrictions and respect other users.
Room reservations must be made by an adult over 18.
Dogs
Les Rocquettes hotel does not have bedrooms suitable for dogs apart from guide/assistance dogs. There is no charge for these.
Food and Beverage
All bookings are made on a bed and breakfast basis.
We recommend booking dinner or afternoon tea in advance to avoid disappointment.
2. Our Policies
Payment (including extras at the hotel)
Any bookings need to be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. There is no fee for paying this way. If you have booked an advance purchase rate, please ensure you bring the card used for the reservation with you. For other reservations payment will be made on arrival.
Service charge and tips
Currently no service charges are applied. 100% of any tips will be distributed between the staff.
Check In and Check Out
Check In is from 2.00pm and guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure. You are welcome to request an earlier check in but this will depend on availability. You are also welcome to request late check out but this will incur a charge.
Smoking
All bedrooms at Les Rocquettes are nonsmoking including e-cigarettes and vapes.

3. Other Information
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Compliments, suggestions and complaints
If there any problems or issues during your stay please ask to speak to the Duty Manager so they can be resolved. We welcome feedback and suggestions from our guests and are grateful to the many guests who complete our surveys on departure.
